Over the next few days, we’ll be blogging about new features of the new iteraplan 3.1 from July 2013.
We start by introducing a small, but helpful enhancement, which a lot of our users have been asking for. From now on, quick search is available for all saved visualization queries.
Search saved visualizations
The parameters of any visualization can be saved in iteraplan. These include both underlying elements as well as configuration settings. Many iteraplan users rely extensively on this functionality and employ up to several hundred saved queries. Now you can find your way around them much more easily. The quick search (search-as-you-type) allows for dynamic filtering of the saved queries list according to characters being entered. By typing the initial few letters of a keyword you can find the query you are looking for and run it immediately. All displayed fields are indexed for search: name, description and possibly also the building block type.
You can already test the new feature in the current beta version. Please visit our Demo page or select Community Edition or Enterprise Edition right here.
